Salter, Daniel

Agent Daniel M. Salter is a retired former counterintellience agent for the Scientific and Technical Unit of Interplanetary Phenomena in Washington, D.C. He was a member of the Pilot Air Force, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and the Development of Conscious Contact Citizenry Department (DCCCD) with the United States military.
